Terrible Experience and a Waste of Money

Like a lot of reviews here, I got burned using MagsontheNet.com via Yahoo! Shopping. I am a long-term Internet shopper and this is my first experience at being totally disgusted with my online shopping experience. I ordered two magazine renewals this past November. I had not heard anything from the magazine or MagsontheNet.com by mid February, so I tried contacting MagsontheNet.com. That was a waste of time. I got their email robot response, and the telephone wasn't being answered. The email indicated I would be contacted within 5-10 days. That came and went without any email. I contacted Yahoo! Shopping and they contacted them on my behalf and was told that they were working on my problem....then a month went by with no action that I can see. My magazine subscriptions is about to run out and still nothing. I tried contacting MagsontheNet.com again without success, and after again talking with Yahoo! Shopping, they indicated that I should contact the authorities and start filling official complaints.. How can Yahoo! Shopping keep them on their books? I now consider the money I sent to them as LOST. What a waste of time and effort. I would advise anyone who is considering using MagsontheNet.com to RUN, NOT WALK, as fast as you can away from this Internet vendor. They are on my blacklist and I will advise everyone I meet to avoid them at all costs.
