Athleta is the best online store I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Yes, their prices are expensive and that may turn some off. However, the quality of the clothes makes the prices well worth it. The clothes never seem to wear out, despite wearing the clothes day after day and washing them over and over. I do not dry the clothes just to be cautious but so far, all of the clothes have held up better than any other brands (Lucy, etc.) I have tried. I have purchased over thirty different pieces from Athleta and have only had to return one item, a swimsuit, which is really saying something about how well the clothes appear online as opposed to when you get them in the mail. So many times I have been disappointed when clothes arrive, as they don't feel or look like they appeared in the magazine or online. This has never happened with Athleta. The swimsuit I had to return just didn't fit right.
The customer service at Athleta was great in my return process. They handled the return fast and did an exhange and gave me free shipping on the exchange, which was great. I have also contacted them at various times regarding items that I bought that later went on sale and they have always credited me the difference.
