Yay on the upcoming wedding! Congratulations a million times over. Of course, we expect to see lots and lots of pictures!

As for as movies, you need to see the cartoon from Dreamworks Shark Tale. I have to admit to not seeing very many movies this year, but I did take my boys to the theater to see this one. It is so funny that I bought it the first day it was available on DVD. Even my bear of a husband enjoyed it.

he’s only 4 years left because he can’t run again.

That is the best news I've had for a long time. I firmly beleive that he's a very dangerous man to have in office.

I’ve given up smoking (6 months now almost) and I’ve gotten myself significantly healthier than I have been in a while.

Well done. There's a lot of people I wish would give up smoking.

Thanks for the entry,

Dean.

Hey congrats on the upcoming nupials and for getting healthier. You look healthier in your pic. Good to see it, but no movies?? Wow.

who's looking forward to seeing REM in concert later this month, even though he thought their last album sucked big time

If it helps, in the show that I saw, while they did do some stuff from their new album - I'd say a majority was really old REM stuff.

Lord knows I need to meet a man and a gay wedding seems like the most logical place

I'm thinking there will be at least a couple of other gay guys there!

You'll love seeing REM, as did I this past year; they put on a fantastic show. Congratulations on the marriage plans, that's wonderful!
