Refinance.com, where dreams do come true! I have never had such a pleasant experience dealing with anyone in the mortgage industry. Tom P., your the man! I searched high and low for any mortgage lender to help us get out of our 12% ARM. Not even the bank that held my mortgage would refinance to a lower rate!!! Tom said yes and stood behind his word and with some help from his co-worker's he got the deal done. Thanks Tom, I'd give you guy's 100 stars if it was up to me! Now I can sleep without the worry of losing my most precious treasure. I'll be sure to recommend Refinance.com to anyone in need of saving. I know they would be taken good care of. One more thing I would like to point out is the fact of the speed in which they worked. From the appraisal to the closing the process just went as smooth as could be. Guess what? I didn't end up with a $4,000.00 surprise at the closing, just amazing. I hope the rest of the mortgage industry gets wind of "how to do business" from Refinance.com or they may just become dust in the wind! Thanks again guy's.
