I ordered a magazine from Supermagdeals.com in October 2007. The order status says my order was completed and I can expect delivery of my magazine between January 2008 and February 2008. Now almost 2 months later, I still do not have my magazine. I must have emailed supermagdeals.com customer service about 5 or 6 times and each time I received a generic auto-response about how customer service will contact me shortly. What a hoax! Customer service never bothered to contact me.
I then moved on to calling the customer service phone number to speak to a live person. Again, another hoax. Their customer service phone number sends you right into a voicemail. I have left over a dozen messages and still have not heard back from them.
The funniest thing too is I just want to know when my magazine will start to mail out. I would not recommend this shady merchant to anyone, at all, period. Buyer Beware: Stay aware from supermagdeals.com. I don't want the same horrible experience to happen to other people.
I feel for the other individuals who were scammed by these scumbags. I plan on calling them every day twice a day, for the rest of my life until I get my mag.
