JR Cigars is a great online retailer. I have shopped with them since long before their website was online and have always received great service and products from them.
Due to restrictions on where, how, and to whom tobacco products may be sold in California, as well as other states, they have tightened up their ordering process and have limited shipping options to many states. This is however no fault of JR's times are just a changing.
I find that JR's prices are hard to beat and their selection is huge. They ship promptly and I never had a shipment delayed or lost.
