First, I want to point out that I was the sender of the flowers and not the recipient so all references to the received flowers are via my mother-in-law, the recipient.
Ordering: I found the site easy to navigate and there was sufficient information about various types of arrangements to distinguish them. Placing the order was simple and clear. The prices of arrangements seemed good and most of all, the cost of delivery was reasonable compared to other online vendors I considered.
Delivery: At the time of ordering, one can select the date of delivery and according to the recipient, the flowers were delivered on the correct day.
Satisfaction of product: My mother-in-law was thrilled with the flowers. She said the arrangement was beautiful with lots of color. There was a good selection of blooms and plenty of them. Best of all, the arrangement stayed fresh and on display for nearly two weeks. My mother-in-law also commented on how pretty the vase was that came with the flowers. I saw that and it was definitely pretty and not cheap looking.

Overall satisfaction: As the purchaser, I was most satisfied with the selection of arrangements, the layout of the website and information on products. Delivery time was accurate and most importantly, the recipient was most satisfied with the flowers received. Based on this first experience, I would order from Flowers Fast again.
