Customer service is outstanding at keeping you up to date on your order status. I now only purchase my coffee from 125West.com. About every 6 weeks I place another order for Cafe Beletage, which is the best coffee I have ever tasted. I also purchased my Saeco automatic coffee machine from 125West about 5 years ago and it is till going strong after multiple uses per day every day. I highly recommend 125West.com.
