First of all, who would let their floor get that filthy? A $1 sponge would push that kind of dirt out of the way. We use the Wet Jet for wood floors on all our laminate and while it does get rid of footprints and dust, you are left with a large pile of crap at the end of the mopping that the pad will not pick up. Also the mop must be worked in a back and forth sweeping motion or all the dust you just pushed ends up in a nice straight line on your floor.
