Cons: The Better Business Bureau gives this product an unsatisfactory rating and so do I!
The Bottom Line: Useless product, shifty company, and a BAD experience all around.

Why oh why didn't I read the reviews before ordering?! My experience with this product and its parent company "BioFog" has been the single most frustrating consumer experience I have ever had. I ordered the product in desperation to remove urine odors from a mattress. The stain was quite fresh so I had high hopes. The product arrived as a concentrate and the enclosed instructions were very straightforward. I diluted the product according to the instructions in a new sprayer as directed. Once diluted, the product is pleasant smelling (almost minty) and nearly colorless. I sprayed the urine spot with approximately two cups of the product until it was saturated. When pressing on the mattress the product was squeezing to the surface, so it was very wet. It took three days to dry - that's how much I used on one small area. However, as soon as I bent down to mattress level it was obvious the pee pee odor was not diminished. I bought the larger sized bottle of concentrate because it was a better value, so I decided to try again. This time I made the product double strength (I will admit that this was not mentioned in the directions, but I was hoping to see - okay, smell - results. I basically repeated the same procedure until my husband said I was going "way overboard." I used at least three cups of the double-strength solution on the same area. I set up a fan to dry the mattress and ran it for about two days until almost dry. At that point (though the mattress was still a little damp) it was obviously still extremely smelly, and my attempts to use A LOT of product had merely spread the smell and left a much larger stain than I had started with. That is when I called the company to ask what gives.
I called and called and called for at least three weeks beginning in late February. I estimate I called at least ten times. Never once did anyone ever get back to me despite continued reassurance on behalf of the operators (and eventually their supervisors) that I would be called "within a few hours, etc. When I got angry one lady just gave up and apologized and said they get a lot of complaints but there is nothing they can do because they are just a contract service that processes orders. Never once did anyone from BioFog a.k.a. SCOE 10x ever get back to me. My husband pointed out the reviews on this site, and yes, I feel like an idiot for not doing my research. I flipped the mattress and bought a plastic cover so it is still useable, but the experience was very frustrating and I am glad to be able to warn others. The ultimate insult was when DH pointed out that the Better Business Bureau gave this company an unsatisfactory rating. All I can say is "buyer beware," and use a mattress pad. And if something sounds to good to be true, it probably is. I have been holding myself back, but I can't resist: This company STINKS!
