Thank you so much for these suggestions! Yes, I should have included that information. The product is pretty darn expensive - I bought the 32 oz. size for $60. I bought the bigger size mainly because of the guarantee - I thought I had nothing to lose. The 100-percent money-back guarantee reads:
"BioFOG, Inc.'s SCOE 10X guarantee is absolute.
If SCOE 10X fails to meet or exceed your expectations (when used as directed as found on the Instructions page of this website) we will promptly refund the full purchase price, including original standard shipping charges."
No one has ever returned my calls or emails so I haven't shipped it back because then I will have nothing to show at all for all of the money I wasted. I think that this is part of the "scam." Sometimes I think that maybe I used the product wrong. In fact, that it what I thought when I first contacted the company. But once I got the run around and read these reviews, I realized I had just been scammed. My only comfort is that maybe I can warn others.
I actually do not know what the product is made of. The website says it is a "probiotic" cleaner if that helps.
I have to say that after returning to the website to answer these questions it seems like the positive comments on epinions were written by whoever designed the website - they use the exact same words and testimonials! I think this is a very unethical company that has probably fooled a lot of unsuspecting people - its really shameful.
Thanks for responding, its nice to know the word may get out there.

I'd really like more info on this. What kind of claims does the product make? What are the ingredients (are they enzymes?). How much did it cost?
That would really help your review. You did a great job on what you wrote, but some additional details would really make your review a "Very Helpful" review.
