Never buy from this merchant. I bought a Camcorder from them. I asked for 2 day air delivery for a significant extra charge to ensure I got this before I left for vacation. They emailed me and asked for me to call to confirm the order and then was pressured by a man by the name of Mark S. to buy an different battery since the factory battery would only last for 20 minutes.
Gee thats funny, JVC web site says it's good for 1.4 hours. I guess if it only last for 20 minutes then I would have a warranty claim for a new battery !
It has been 5 days since I ordered and paid for this item and even though I have asked 3 times for a tracking # from them, I still dont have one. They said they would look it up and e-mail it to me. DIDN'T HAPPEN !
The next day, I called again, I was told they had the wrong e-mail address and would sent the e-mail again ! How do they have the wrong e-mail when I got an e-mail confirming my order ??
DIDN'T GET IT THIS TIME EITHER !
I am calling tomorrow, (5 days after placing my order ) and If I dont get a tracking # over the phone, I am canceling my order. If they wont let me cancel. I will be canceling it through my Credit Card company !
Their customer service SUCKS !!!!! Stay away from this company. Learn from the others here that have already experienced their terrible "customer NO service"
