Horrible customer service & SLOW to ship!

I placed an order from VetAmerica.com two weeks ago, and they SAY they ship via 4-5 day UPS ground for $5.95, and they SAY they ship 98% of their orders the same business day you place your order, but this is simply not true. First of all, I FINALLY received a shipping notification email - five days after I placed my order - saying that it would be shipped via Parcel Post (regular mail) which is the slowest shipping method possible. It had not even been shipped yet (and it was "in stock" when I ordered it). Two weeks later, I still do not have the formula I ordered for my cat who desparately needs it, and customer service promised me that I'd have it a week ago. This is a web store I was not at all familiar with when I placed my order (but I trusted them since they promised me that my cat would have his formula within 4-5 days), and it was a hard lesson learned. I have never had a bad experience ordering anything online before now, and I felt like I needed to warn other customers that were possibly thinking about ordering here.
