Beware of Vacations to Go!!! Our agent told us that we had received a "complimentary upgrade" and an on-board credit from Costa Cruise Lines, and when we got on board the ship Costa had no record of that. When we got back on shore and contacted Vacations to Go about it, the agent said that she contacted Costa and that they were going to credit the credit card account used to book the trip some money and send us a couple of $500 cruise vouchers good for another cruise at a later date. Sounds like a good deal, doesn't it? Well, none of this ever happened and the kicker is that the Vacations to Go agent used my credit card to book a cruise on another line AND buy a bunch of jewelery AND a new cell phone on the internet to the tune of $20,000! Thank God for ID theft protection! She was stringing me along with great sounding promises (all lies) to prevent me from contacting her higher ups. When I contacted VTG again, I found out that the agent NO LONGER WORKS THERE!!! Gee, I wonder why!!! That's about all I've gotten so far!!! VTG keeps stringing me along and hasn't even reimbursed for the obviously fraudulant charges they are responsible for!!!BEWARE OF VTG!!!!
