I ordered an arrangement for the clerical staff in my office for administrative assistant's day. I found the website to be simple to navigate and I placed my order online two weeks in advance but was sent an e-mail confirming the order and advising me that I could contact the local store directly if I needed to.
Several days after the order was placed, I received an e-mail from the local branch, informing me that they had received the order and would be preparing it for delivery on the anticipated date.
Two days before the expected arrival date, one of the secretaries went into labor with her firstborn and a replacement was brought in from another department. I called the local branch and added her name to the delivery sheet with no difficulties at all. The representative that I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to change my order if needed.
Delivery was on time and the order was accurate. I was impressed with the local branch and their ability to find our office. I've had problems with other services getting lost in our building in the past, and not bothering to call, but simply leaving. With edible arrangements, this was not an issue.
Overall, it was a great experience and really, I don't think you can go wrong when you have chocolate covered strawberries.
