I have tried several different Garnier Fructis products over the past few years, and from trial and error experiences I have found that the conditioners do not work well with my hair. The shampoos are alright as they do the basic job of cleansing my hair.
The product:
One of my most recent Ganier Fructis experiences has been with Garnier Fructis’ Body & Volume Fortifying Shampoo. The shampoo washes and cleans my hair well, and although I have long hair, I do not have to use a lot of shampoo every time.
The shampoo does not irritate my scalp, and it has a pleasant fragrance.
This shampoo is made for fine or flat hair, but I did not find that it made any difference in giving my hair more volume. The Body & Volume Fortifying Shampoo is fortified with B3 and B6 vitamins, and although it did not seem like it did any improvements to my hair, it did not weaken it either.
One of the cons that I noticed about this shampoo is that it made my hair more tangled than usually, and since I did not want to waste the product, I decided to alternate between using this shampoo and another shampoo.
It is good for basic needs, and I found a great deal on this shampoo, but it does not pump up the volume as promised on the bottle. I was amazed that the shampoo does not work better than it does with the large amount of ingredients found in this shampoo.
The bottle:
The bottle is tall and slender and it tips over very easily. Because of this I ended up knocking over the bottle several times, and as a result the cap broke off the bottle.

I was able to get the 13 oz bottle of Garnier Fructis’ Body & Volume Fortifying Shampoo for $1.49 on sale, but the regular price is around $3.99.
