Terrible! They canceled my order after three days due to an error on their end

I ordered a memory stick via Amazon from Eek, asking for expedited delivery. The order was processed and three days later I received an e-mail from Amazon saying that the order was canceled and no explanation given. I e-mailed Eek and they responded that they had to cancel my order because "they were experiencing an error with our expedited shipping price calculation." Wow! This was three days after the order was placed and they made no effort to contact me with an explanation or offer an alternative.
