Actually it was the reviews on Epinions that finally made me decide to go with Spirit. As with the last reviewer I had lost money and time with other hosts and was exceptionally dubious about paying up front just to see, at best, shoddy service or, at worst, no service at all. Spirit however was like a breath of fresh air right from the beginning; almost immediate replies to my emails which are always professional, detailed, clear and still friendly.
The speed for page loading is excellent, the unlimited email accounts and gui is good. The stats are a little confusing to start with (hey!! I'm blonde, ok) but you couldn't need any more information than they give.
It doesn't worry me in the least about not having phone support (why would I want to pay for international toll calls anyway, and then find myself having to write down any pertinent information) when the email responses are so quick and thorough.
It really is difficult for me to find any aspect of this hosting package to complain about.
Well done Spirit, thanks for making my life a whole lot easier.
