There are FEW companies that stand behind what they sell like Amazon. I'm super confident buying there -- and that's saying a lot. In the last year, they made two bad situations better -- neither of which was their fault! 1) After weeks of dealing with SAMSUNG to get a new monitor for one that never worked, which the manufacturer even said needed to be replaced -- one call to Amazon, while on hold with Samsung on another line, and case solved. They took it back, no restocking fees or anything, and issued a full credit (including s&h I think). 2) ANOTHER time I bought through them in Amazon Marketplace. That's a great place to find open box, refurbished and used items from merchants ranked by Amazon users. Better yet, as I found out, merchants you can depend on as much as Amazon. When that third-party merchant sent only part of what comes in the box, and didn't respond to me. Amazon's A to Z guarantee of the merchants who rent from them got me a prompt refund. ...Amazon frequently has lower prices than I find on some other shopping search engines, which don't list them for some reason. Delivery time seems to have increased a bit over the years but still above average speed. All in all, a place to shop with confidence.
