Pros: lots in a box, do pretty well in performance
Cons: doesn't grip to can
The Bottom Line: Bigger value for the money-a box of these last a while. Good performance for us, but don't grip to the can.

| bradshawcl's Full Review: Hefty Cinch Sak Tall Kitchen Bags |
Dont get me wrong, I really liked the Hefty Gripper garbage bags, but the biggest count box was 40 bags. With 4 people here, we just have more garbage at least 10 bags a week just in the garbage cans are used around here, plus whatever extra is used for packing up stuff or something like that. Anyway, a box of 40 bags just didnt last long enough around here.
Anyway, thats what got me to try Hefty Cinch Sak Tall Kitchen bags, because 85 came in a box. I bought these over at Target for what seems like $9.99. I figured 85 bags would last much longer around here.
These bags are drawstring style, which is a must around here, and its the only kind I will buy. The drawstrings are blue, and when ready to cinch it up, just pull where the drawstring is exposed at the top. These bags are white and are 13 gallon size, measuring 2 ft. x 2 ft. 3 3/8 in.
Before I got started on the Hefty brand, I had just been buying the Wal-Mart drawstring type bags, and to be honest, I had quite a problem with the drawstrings breaking on me, but I havent had that problem with these bags at all. Also, Ive noticed that these bags are made much thicker than bargain bags and I havent had any trouble with them leaking either. They are pretty strong as well, and even when I shove more garbage on top of a full can, it can take the pressure and not split on me, these are .9 ml thick.
Also, I like to buy Hefty brand bags because they participate in the Box Tops For Education Program that my kids school participates in. Hefty is usually pretty good about distributing coupons as well.
But there is a con to these- Ive noticed in my oblong shaped garbage can, when I put an empty one of these in there and then throw something heavy in, the top will fall in the can, which is something I hate! So, I try to not throw something too heavy in an empty can, just go to one of the other 2 cans in the house, because usually one of them is close to full.
Overall though, these bags are something I would recommend, they are a much better value around here because we have so much garbage- and we can go through a lot of bags. The larger 85 count box has lasted us a long time- and for households with a lot of garbage, Id suggest these.
