I have been trying for a month to get someone to help me refinance my upside down loan. I had two mortgages on my home and an adjustable rate loan that was going to sink my ability to pay when the rate jumped up. Everyone I talked to said my credit score was too low, they couldn't help me.
Then I heard an ad for refinance.com and decided I had only "my house to lose" so why not!
My loan officer was Jay Christiano and My God what a life saver! Not only was he able to refinance my loan but he saved me 3.75% interest ! And its a fixed 30 year rate!!
Jay was fast- closing the loan in only 7 days. Jay also went over line by line what I could use towards my next years taxes. That in itself was very helpful and unexpected.
Jay Christiano took the time to explain the entire loan package so there was a comfort and understanding of the loan that I didn't have with my previous loan company.
Thanks again Jay for keeping me and My family in our home!!
