...coming over to the States from Italy during summer time, I always looked forward to seeing Mr Rogers and was very sad when my sister told me about his death.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the review, and that it brought back good memories.
I really did grow up with Mr. Roger's show. It began airing around the time I was born, so I've never known a world without him!

Your profile says your name is Beth. Your name is just as beautful as the review I just read. It is warmhearted and made me feel real good reading it.
I remember the 70's when my first 2 children were growing up. Watching Mister Rogers was a quiet time for us. I as well as the kids learned many things from his shows.
I also remember Johnny Cash's recordings in the 60's. My daughter detests Country Music singers because they are all about cheating, cheating and more cheating with the exception of Johnny Cash. His songs reflected his true life.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on Mister Rogers and Johnny Cash with us.
Both of them will always be remembered.
