Terrible customer service and exchange policy

I purchased a DVD from this company couple weeks ago. They sent me the wrong item. I followed their exchange policy and returned the wrong item and asked them to reship the correct item. In return, they credit me back the money and deduct 5.75 shipping charges. When calling the customer service, she is rude, and blamed that I didn't follow the exchange procedure. When I told her the company shipped me the wrong item, she just kept saying that she didn't understand me and put me on hold, I was on hold for over 5 minutes and nothing from the other side. She basically just hung up on me!!! I don't believe this. When I called the second time, she said I hung up instead of her hung up. She then said there is nothing she can do. I basically Paid $10.75 for nothing ($5 for purchasing the DVD and $5.75 for returning the DVD), I got nothing but a lot of heat and frustration!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They advertised A and shipped B to you and blamed the customer not following the procedure. The customer service also blame me that I should call before returning the DVD, however, I called many times before but the calls were directed to the voice mail and the voice mail said we don't take any messages.
