Worst experience ever, they steal from our troops for God's sake!

This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever had. As a small business owner with 100% positive feedback on ebay, I can tell you that I have now idea how they stay in business. You get sucked in by a close out price, and then you have to deal with their employees. Case in point, I ordered a jacket in coyote brown three days later I get a call that they are shipping my order minus the jacket b/c it is out of stock, this was after I had confirmed that it was indeed in stock the day I ordered. They said that I could have the other color graphite(like the grey pencil lead) but the woman pronounced it graffiti, like the crap kids spray paint on walls. (I nearly shot my hot tea out of my nose when I heard that one) I told them to check again, and lo and behold they had the brown jacket sitting on the shelf like I was told. This company just does not give a damn about you after you place your order. I admit, I'll probably buy again for a tactical light for half the price of other sellers, but damn, hire people that can read. My second order I placed on line, and I get a confirmation order with no order status or tracking number. I call again, and I'm told it takes 2 days to download the order. 2 days. They must be using 1970 IBM computers with tape to tape readout memory if it took 2 days to download. Then I get an immediate e-mail post call, in the order status line it says that it will ship within 4-7 days. WTF... I'm thinking this is the last time, money can't buy good customer service, and these people don't have it. Hell they don't even answer the phone. I can deal with automated phones or being on hold, but leave a message, and then no one calls you back ever. I'm done. By the way if you get the answering message you are told to email b-o-t-a-c @botac.com not b-o-t-a-c-h.com@botach.com, which is their real email, of course how could a name that sounds like botac have a silent h at the end? That would require an accurate knowledge of spelling, which would require spending money on a staff that can read and write, but why do that. Dont do it folks, this is just pathetic bait and switch tactics. Their reps cant spell or speak English, and they dont even know what they are selling or if it is in stock. Oh and try to click on the folding knives link, if you do, THEY ONLY SELL ONE KERSHAW, but if you search folding, you get dozens of results for folding knives. Just seems like no one gives a crap. My guess is they have some govt. contract that gives them tons of cash and we are just pocket change to them. I just read a review on another site where they stole money from an American soldier serving in Iraq, who can prove that they got his mags back and they won't refund his money. They steal from our troops, how low can you go!
