Beware, inadequate customer service

Living in Europe I was initially happy to find that The Twisted Group making overseas shipments.
Due to misleading product information and insufficiently technical support from the product manufacturer (Belkin) I had already placed the order (a whole bunch of Belkin AV54000 bananas) before I found out that the product was useless for my purposes and the order had to be changed for an alternative product.
While the misleading product information etc is entirely to blame on the manufacturer (Belkin); I have the following negative feedback about the The Twisted Group:
• When ordering, I was sucked in to this “customer satisfaction questionnaire”, which in hindsight seem highly unserious since you are tempted to give them a positive feedback although your order has not even been processed (read: their service responsibility has not even started at that point).
• The shipping charge was very high in relation to shipping lead-time. So either I was overcharged on the shipment or they have really slow internal processes. (I was able to do a direct comparison since I had placed a related order with another US online company).
• I made the change order, and excused for the trouble caused. However, 9 days later I receive the package and it contains the old (terminated) order. Upon contact I receive the feedback that they have never received my change order. This is complete nonsense since I have sent all emails as reply on their original order confirmation and never received any error messages. Additionally they have received all my other emails.
• Finally, in all correspondence I have received these short and rude one-line (auto) replies, and they have showed no willingness to act on the problem caused.
