When the item was not delivered nearly four weeks after ordering, I emailed "customer service" to cancel the order. Mind you, I had already emailed “customer service” several times regarding the status of my order only to receive form responses. When I checked my order status online, it did not EVER indicate that the item was shipped. By the way, there is no customer service phone number to call. I wound up having to dispute the item with my credit card company since my bill was coming due. Also, after sending several emails and receiving form responses, I was beginning to be concerned that this was a bogus company I had gotten involved with. Eleven days after I emailed them to cancel my order, the item showed up. I have been trying for nine weeks to send it back to them. Someone emailed me on March 17 that they would send me a return label. When I heard nothing from them, I emailed them again on April 16 that I still hadn’t received the return label. I finally got a mailing label nearly nine weeks after delivery! I have no idea how the product is because it has never been out of the box. I didn’t mind waiting for the item, but the complete lack of “customer service” was appalling. All they needed to do was contact me personally to let me know what the status of my order really was. Would NEVER buy from them again!
