SCAM - SCAM - SCAM
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE - They offer extremly faulty products that break after a very short time. They do not stand behind their products AT ALL - And their customer service is the worst. After you are on hold for hours trying to explain their products do not work - Josh, Joe or Brian will tell you they are looking into fixing it. They never do - I spent a year trying to get a refund that was promised to me over and over again by Josh and Joe and Brian only to not receive it - even after shipping the product back to them I am still out my money - they should be ashamed of how they run their business-- The kicker is - even in my file it says they will give me a refund - but accounting will not allow it- if you are trying to get a refund for a faulty product - my advise - after you will spend hours on the phone at least every two weeks - is to use only email they are all liars at this company and there is no good business practices happening here.
