My personal opinion is that Canibus is seeking attention. He is a very talented artist, but his sale is minuscule compared to Em. It angers him and he decides to go cheap by pulling the race card out in the latest Air Strike song.
What do you gain by going racist on your song? It seems like a last-resort desperation in attacking someone? When it's coming out of someone genuinely talented like Canibus, it's even more ridiculous.

Now what do u think about the new song airstrike which is a straight out diss to eminem dropping his name in it I feel as you bis definetly pulled a jay-z the takeover and went all out on him how do u think eminem will respond since bis dropped proofs name and went at hailey I think a response is definate

Awesome history. Thanks for all your hard work. It was a great read. As for Eminem he does not know who he's messin with. He needs to listen to 2nd round KO again before he tries to retorte. Plus he's been acting like Floyd Mayweather Jr. ducking real battles and just playin with lightweights. I have no doubt that Canibus if pushed will definately bring it to Eminem. Now it's back on with Canibus dissing Eminem because Em dissed Mariah & Nick. Eminem is not invinceable, just like in boxing someone always has your number. I'm glad Canibus was in the Army, that's way more than Eminem can ever say. Thanks for your service Canibus. I too am a veteran and fought the good fight in OEF/OIF.

Am I the only one here who thinks that Eminem could murder Canibus? I mean, if both emcees were at there prime, Em could take it. Lyrically they're equal, but Eminem is versatile and clever enough to really deride Bis. I wish that could've happened. Oh well; we can only hope that both emcees make a comeback.

This is one of my top 2 favorite reviews of alltime. You did a great job and deserve major props for gathering and writing all of the information along with listening to lots of songs I assume.

Damn man, this could be your thesis for graduating The University of Hip Hop! Who knows how long it took you to fuse all these facts together. I read this a while back but forgot to rate it, so I got it today and felt bad that only 22 people have given this the 'Nod.' This is by far one of the most creative things done on this site. man, I thought I knew this beef reasonably well, you just proved me wrong haha. Excellent essay, for something so long it was very readable, you kept things very interesting, props.
As for the beef? In terms of who will beat who on wax, assuming Em remains in his fallen off post-8 Mile stance, Canibus will murder him on wax (if it happens). Of course, it won't even have an impact on Em's career in terms of sales or anything like that. But his cred will take a hit. This is all thereotical of course, maybe this beef has run its course.

Thanks for the comment. I wanna see it happen too, but the battle probably isnt going to now since Bis is more interested in 'fusing relationships'. But hey, there's always hope, right?
As for the label situation, I don't really know to be honest. The weird thing was that back in January, Bis had left Babygrande (as reported by their website) to persue a major label deal. There was the thing with Deja 34 and even a rumor that he was heading to Clef Records (Wyclef Jean's label) since he reconciled with Clef before the end of 04. And then two months later he's back with Babygrande? And the weirdest thing is when he was on 106 and Park last month (he was a judge on Freestyle Friday), he didnt even mention Babygrande .. all he said was that his new album was out June 21st, and then said "Mind Control, Gladiator Records" so why is he only promoting one of the albums? Hopefully, Bis will answer these questions himself soon.
