I placed a custom order through The Golf Warehouse in March 2008 for a Cleveland wedge. The item arrived within 5 weeks but the shaft on the club was incorrect as was the length. Per the TGW website I sent an email to customer service describing my problem and requested correction. According to my "read receipt" function a TGW rep named Sharon Levand (who has been later identified as a customer service manager) read the email and also read a subsequent message I sent later. It is now May 13th and I have emailed customer service and called at least weekly in the pursuit of getting the order issue corrected. Customer service reps have blamed their customs department, Cleveland and their own field reps for the lack of response. Twice I have been promised UPS labels for an "expedited" return to Cleveland. I have never received the labels. Furthermore, I contacted Cleveland by phone yesterday to learn that their liason with TGW has never been contacted regarding my issue.
I am sorely disappointed to learn that TGW not only has ignored my complaints but has been dishonest with me. I have been a customer for years but will shop elsewhere now.
Future buyers beware. This lack of customer service is inexcusable.
