Hi,
I think you got stuck with what we in the USA call "a lemon." That means the computer is no good. Contact the manufacturer and request a new one. Then write another review of how it works. If that happens, send me a link to it and I will read it. I'm sure it will receive higher ratings. We need to know more facts about the computer other than that yours has lots of problems.
