Horrible - took 2 months and 20 phone calls to recieve Item

Let my start by saying that I had originally left a bad review for ClickForDigital. Then I was contacted by ClickForDigital and told if I removed my negative review I would receive an extra charger in the mail as a bribe. It’s been a month and no charger. My point is many people may have removed their previously posted negative reviews because they were bribed to do so (that’s the kind of company this is).
Anyway I had ordered a Cannon HV20 (claimed “in stock” on the website) excited by the low price listed on their website. The next day I was contacted and pressured to buying overpriced extra batteries, chargers, etc. I politely refused “just the camera please”. The response: “that will ship in 3-4 weeks” Click – they hung up on me. Should have canceled the order right there. Anyway kept calling back and calling back – I was told they had none in stock and some would be coming in “next Tuesday”. Kept calling; same story for a month. Finally I was told they couldn’t get anymore so I ended up just ordering the newer HV30 from them which I was told they had “in the warehouse”. Didn’t get it for 3 weeks. The reason I gave 2 instead of 1 star was I did receive a camera....after 2 months. It was a horrendous experience. Just buy from a trusted seller – I know I will from now on.
