Customer service is terrible

Armani Exchange is a horrible place to shop online. The presentation appears to be fluent and the ease of shopping is appropriate, but the customer service is a mess.
One particular experience I had occurred when I placed an order for an item marked as available on their site. I ordered the item May 8th and despite the "next day 9AM PST" order confirmation, I was contacted May 12th, with a "Cancel Order - item Not Available" message and 10 % coupon, "NA3215 , upon checkout. This offer may be combined with other promotions and is valid for a one-time use only"
Well how can that go wrong? I entered the code on the site along with the student advantage 15% that I had purchased with the student advantage card. I was dismayed to learn that only 15% was taken off despite "This offer may be combined with other promotions and is valid for a one-time use only".
I phoned customer service and was assured that before placing my order that they would fix it. So on May 12, I placed my order trusting the customer service rep. The next day, I checked my credit card balance online and discovered the same amount was charged with no refund. May 14th, I e-mailed and phoned in and was again told that the head office had been contacted and a prompt (apparent) 10% discount would follow and apologies ensued.
It is May 16th, and my bank still tells me I was not refunded. I called customer service and was greeted by "Elle", who assured me that another e-mail was sent to head office and it would be taken care of.
Summary: Bought my item May 8th... 8 days later and still being charged full price. Don't shop at Armani Exchange, as it is easier and cheaper to drive to your nearest outlet mall.
