I recently purchased a Sharp Half-Pint microwave oven from Fortunoff after finding that they had the best price that I could find at a number of price comparison sites!
The site is easy to navigate, explains items clearly and thoroughly, has a simple ordering routine and has a reasonably good inventory.
I needed to have a receipt in order to take advantage of a $20 rebate on the microwave from Sharp.com and did not get one in the shipment. This was quickly rectified by a call to Fortunoff.com's customer service department. I was professionally treated in a fast (but not rushed) manner and was sent a copy of the invoice in the mail as I'm currently without printer! The invoice was received in a matter of 3 days!
While this is my first experience with Fortunoff.com, I very sincerely doubt that it will be my last! I'm a stickler for professional and competant customer service which I find lacking in so many places. I was very pleased with the service at Fortunoff, the quality of the product, the quick delivery and the ease of ordering. I'm sure I'll be back!
