I purchased a Square Trade Warranty for a Tom Tom Navigator I gave as a gift. Purchasing it was so easy. I received an email offer, read over the offer and purchased it using the item number of my purchase. I made a copy to keep on file. When my friend experienced a problem with the product, I went to the Square Trade site, filled in the info needed to file a claim. Within hours I received an email saying I would receive a mailing box in the mail with complete instructions and a shipping label. I received this within 2 days. I completed the instructions and there was even a check list for me to fill out on everything I was shipping back to them to be checked out. I was informed that the proper technicians would take a look at my product and if it could not be fixed, they would replace it. Within a week I received my product. I was so thrilled with the experience at how accurate and expedient they were. They are true to their word and wonderful to work with. I would recommend them for all my major items. Their prices are extremely worth the great protection and service they provide. Go Square Trade!!!!!!!!!!!!
