I purchased a laptop from PC Connection after a failed order with another online store and am very satisfied with my experience. They shipped my order the same day I ordered it and it arrived well packaged and in good condition. Their price, including shipping, was the lowest and the order process on their website was easy to use. I didn't have to create an account, which is rare nowadays when buying from an online store.
