Pros: Action, one-liners, and the magic of George Lucas and Steven Spielberg return.
Cons: Plot may come across as contrived and beyond impossible and the villain is somewhat bland.
The Bottom Line: It's true to form for Indiana Jones, our hero is everything we want, the action is amazing, and the overall fun factor is worth every penny!

NO SPOILERS!
The long awaited and much debated continued story of our favorite gallivanting archaeologist does NOT fail to deliver!
Wonder what's happened over the last 19 years? Don't worry, they'll catch you up! Want an action packed opening sequence? Ok! Want fantastical escapes and impossibly magical artifacts? You got it!
They stuck to the award winning formula for this one. Indiana continues his humorous one liners and quips while accomplishing death defying stunts, solving quick witted puzzles, and reconnecting with a favorite old flame!
The new adventurer Mutt Williams is a star ready to fill the master's shoes! He's not just a carbon copy of Indy, but a unique and fun character that you're happy to allow to fill the screen while our favorite hero takes a breather for a minute.
All your favorite Indyisms are back and you die hard Lucas and Spielberg fans will be thrilled with all the favorite little tricks that you love not only from the Indiana Jones Movies, but from Star Wars as well are brought back to light. ;)
I won't give you any spoilers, but I will say that there's no need to worry about whether or not you will be happy with what happens to your favorite characters. It's pure FUN all the way through.
Do I have any complaints? No, I really don't, but some people may find some of the action and plot sequences to be SO completely impossible and (my title) fantastical that you may see it as a bit contrived. I enjoyed every minute of it and want to see it again!
Summary?
Plot - B - I give the plot a B because of the fact that there is a bit of a predictability factor in a way that you feel like the writers are playing directly to what they know you want to see, but no less than we would expect from a sequel 19 years in the making.
Characters - A- - Indiana hasn't lost a thing over the years, Mutt is truly his own person and has some great tricks up his sleeve, the villain played by Cate Blanchett is not quite as diabolical as you might think and other than offering someone for them to run away from or fight in the action sequences, she's a bit of a Vanilla villain, but still due every bit of her comeuppance. Marian steps back into her own shoes well with her fiery personality and disapproval for some of Indiana's methods, while accomplishing some excellent saves of her own.
Action Sequences - A - Magic! Pure Magic! Car chases, whip swinging, booby traps, gun fights, sword fights, car leaps, and close escapes from some truly nasty critters! You'll be on the edge of your seat all the way.
Dialog - A - You'll have some new favorite Indy one liners and quotes for your t-shirts and bumper stickers and the trailer did NOT give them all away! hehe
Score - A - Hum along with me! Duh duh duuuuuuuuh, du du du du du, duh duh duuuuuuuuuuuuuuh, dudily du dununu dununu duuuuuuuuuuuh, yup, it's still there! hehe You'll be whistling along the whole time!
Visual Effects - A - Seamless and impressive, from the creepy crawlies to the chase scenes to the grand finale, technology keeps an excellent pace.
Cinemetography - A - Camera angles, wide screen views, and the ability to make you feel that you are a PART of the action are some of the things that make these movies reach out and grab you and pull you in! I SWEAR I thought a part in there somewhere was in 3-D! How do they DO that???
Overall - A - I'll be going again before the weekend is out!
Watch it, love it, and lets start asking for some Adventures of Mutt Williams movies to follow!
