I don't really mind the contract as I like Verizon. I can see how that would be an issue if you plan on changing in the future and I really don't!

I think your experience is fair but I have some real issues. A year ago, when i tried to tweak my plan they told me that any change would extend my two year contract. There's no justification for for extending my plan because I want to adjust my service -- especially since the entire reason for the two year contract is to recoup the cell phone subsidy.
