Like throwing money away- I never even received the item-

This is the worst and rudest company I have ever done business with. I never got the item I ordered- they charged me $28.00 for shipping from Vermont to CT and I paid an extra $10.00 to have the item rush shipped- whatever that means. I live in CT and I just don't understand why the item ordered on May 9th still has not shown.
I wrote and they rudely replied and said: "Perhaps you should read the emails sent to you" or "You should read our web site" They sent me a link to their webpage. But no clue given to me..."
So as you ask to describe delivery, speed, order accuracy customer service and overall satisfaction.
I would have to give a zero on all points. I would say that the customer service deserves a special note as it is more than zero- what does one give to a company who is rude to its customers- who doesn't even have a telephone number. This company is to be avoided and I can guarantee you (and I have been in business for 15 years) that a company that cares so little about follow ups and customer care is going to be out of business very quickly.
Keep well away from DJDeals.com Nasty, uncouth, uncaring people on all levels.
