I Have been with Nova merchant services since 2003, I changed from mineris for the fee reduction, Through Costco. Im amazed Costco will associate themselves with such a company. We are a small company with an average sale of 1200.00 Just this week we noticed our deposits not going in to the account, We called ad the Nova they Mentioned that sometimes it could take up to 5 days. We waited a few more days, and called back they indicated that we had 4 charge backs in the past year all under 1000.00 out of over 2500 transactions, and that they were holding a reserve for up to 180 days of 50,000.00. I was in Aw with no understanding at all. We have allways responded to the requests. I mentioned why that amount they hade no explanation so I asked them for everything in writing to send to my legal dept. the resonse Todd Gave was we dont do things in writing only over the phone. As of Now I must take legal action against them. This is a scam for then to collect funds. do not use this company. I will also be going to the federal trades comission on this affair.
