I have been purchasing on line for years and have never had a bad experience, until I came across these guys.I am extremely disappointed with this vendor. I feel as if I have been ripped off. I placed an order with this company May 21, 2008 and am still waiting for a shipment confirmation email with tracking number or my items to come in the mail. The site says the items will be shipped in 7-10 business days and still nothing. I call the toll free number and can't get in contact with a live person for the life of me. I've emailed on numerous accounts and no one has gotten back in touch with me. Customer service is awful, if customer service even exists. The items I ordered said in stock so I don't understand why they haven't shipped and the phone system keeps hanging up on me. Up into today, I have been placed on hold and then hung up on. Now the recording says that they are a dishonest company and if you've recently placed an order, contact the credit card company and try to get your money back. If you're looking to place an order, go through another company. I wish I would have heard this before placing my $100.00 order. Now I am in a panic, thinking that this company has ripped me off. Please don't trust this site, order from somewhere else-newenough.com is exceptional and they have the same items at great prices! Ridegear.com only wants your money and may not even have intentions of sending you the items you order. Buyer beware!
