I've been on Netflix since they first started and have always found their service extremely frustrating. I signed up for the 8 movies per week option when it first became available, but I often found my self with no movies to watch even though my queue had tons of available movies in it. Why? Because they take forever to ship and process your movies and they count the movies as out to you during all that time. Furthermore, and this really irritates me, if your top choice movie is not available they wait 24 hours before shipping your second choice. This is just stupid in my opinion. I wouldn't mind it if it was an option for movies I really want to see, but it's always set that way. I've been complaining about this since I first discovered it and I all hear from them is that that is how their software works and they can't do anything about it. Hey, how come www.RentMyDVD.com can do it right? I think NetFlix is just looking for a way to delay shipping movies so they have more available for other customers. I switched to www.RentMyDVD a few months ago and love it. They have great customer support and I'm swamped with movies now. I highly recommend them; forget Netflix.
