Receiving my item was no problem, returning it however, a HUGE problem & after nearly 4 weeks trying to get resolved with them I just filed a dispute with my CC company today. I ordered an item and shipped it back to them within 2 days of receipt, unopened. Even called first to confirm I could return & was told yes. I forgot about this and realized 3 months later my account had not been credited. First confirmed their receipt thru Fed Ex. On 5/13/08 called to inquire why no credit, they had no record of return. Faxed them tracking info receipts proving return. Called 5/14/08 as they never replied to confirm they got my fax, was told to expect credit within 24-28 hours & per my request they e-mailed me this same confirmation of my pending credit. On 5/22/08 called again as still no credit & was told they had a problem with their system (sure, I bet nobody could buy anything for that entire week either) and to check back on 5/27/08 after Memorial Day. As of today, 6/03/08 still no credit. Called today & held for 15 minutes. Girl who answered asked if I had returned the product, in other words, they had no record in the computer of my returns or calls. Nicely asked for a supervisor and after holding another 2 minutes or so got a voicemail. I would NEVER do business with this company again, and highly regret my purchase/return.
