Preferred Photo=Pushy, Extremely Rude, trying to upsell filters on my lens. I got a voicemail saying I needed to talk to them before they ship my product out. I was confused? This was just this past sunday, I called and I am bombarded with this upsell of my 1 lens filter to their 3 pack that if I knew anything about photography I would know I need them. The CSR was yelling, being pushy, talked down to me and asked me why I was getting my lens it is a very wide one is that for sure the one you want? This is the rudest way I have EVER! been treating. I went on and on explaining to him I knew and had researched extensively exactly what I wanted. He continued to yell at me in the tone and underlying words of what are you stupid? do you know anything this is a great deal and you need this. I was shocked to find out I was not the only one with, "CSR" rep, Bernard who went onto to upselling me the 3 filter pack for my lens that i didnt need. I had a bought a single filter through them plus a Nikkor 50mm 1.4 lens. After that he tells me I have to pay $19 for the insurance of the camera. Normally that is mentioned on the website it is not anywhere. I asked him why didnt the company pay for this? Most companies pay up to $100 for insurance and I was not told about this insurance cost at my time of purchase online. This is a terrible company. I am returning everything. I have not been treated so poorly ever before as a paying customer. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!
