I needed a toner cartridge for a Dell 1815DN printer, monstertoners.com claims to have them.
I got a toner cartridge that
1. Didn't PHYSICALLY FIT my printer.
2. Spilled toner inside my printer.
When I tried to put the toner in the printer, it wouldn't fit. The toner was a little bit taller than the slot allowed for. I doubt they ever tested the product in my particular printer or they just sent me the wrong toner with the right label.
They took it back. But I'm out shipping both ways for $20, $8 to get it to me, and $12 for me to ship it back. I would not do business with them again. Their return policy specifically says they'll reimburse original shipping fees if the toner isn't correct. When I pointed that out to them via email, I got no response at all.
The only upshot to this whole transaction is that the Customer Service Representative I did speak to was nice, as well as quick to issue an RMA. Their website is easy enough to use as well. They appear to only answer customer complaints via the phone number and are nearly impossible to reach via email.
It really grinds my gears that they didn't refund my shipping charges despite the fact that I got an incompatible product and they plainly state on their website that they will do so in such a condition.
