Awful: cannot WAIT for my contract to end-

I have repeatedly had problems with this co.- mainly in cust. svc. including being offered insurance by a rep who gave me totally incorrect information & terms to which I agreed- only to find out when I went into the store because my phone broke that I was not eligible for insurance after all, that the rep who "sold" it to me was incorrect in advising me (& they had the notes this rep had typed regarding my conversaton w/ her to prove what she had told me!) & that it was just too bad- there was nothing they were going to do about it. "People make mistakes" is what the manager said-
I cannot BELIEVE that I would get a response like that from a cust svc MANAGER!!! Of course, I didnt stop at that, and after several long & frutrating phone calls, writing the co., & contacting corporate; I settled on the agreement to purchase the same type of phone I had for the deductable cost that I would have paid if I had insurance-
Other scenarios I have experienced are long wait times for cust svc, rude & poorly trained reps who dont know the most basic info. & who repeatedly put me on hold (5 times once in one call!) so that they can ask someone else, and incorrect information being given to me regarding my acct: like the time I called to make sure I hadnt gone over my text limit & was told that I had only used 500 of my 1500, and whan I told her, "I dont understand, I called 5 days ago & she told me I had used @ 1200" to which she giggled & replied, "oh, oops! I guess I missed the 1st page of your usage" If I hadnt corrected HER I may have thought I had 1000 left when I really only had 300, gone way over, & been charged $.40 for each text over!!!
The bottom line, is, that you just CANNOT trust these people to do their jobs correctly, and if a problem arises due to their negligence & you are overcharged or inconvenienced otherwise, the company will not make it right with you even if they have proof in the notes that their employee was at fault.
