This was a comfortable, convenient shopping experience. The site is easy to navigate, and the deals offered are worthwhile. It's nice to be able to purchase name-brand merchandise at a value price.It's a good feature that iKitchen.com sends special offers -- I find things I never knew I needed! Sometimes, when out of ideas for gift-giving, just browsing the site is beneficial -- and the variety of items extends way beyond what one might think can be purchased at a site with the word "kitchen" in its name! Past ordering experiences have also been positive. Delivery speed is as expected, and the products have always lived up to their promotions. As stated earlier, this is a great site to find a wide variety of items. Offering merchandise with trusted brand names leads a shopper to try other brands which are less than familiar, hoping that the merchant would qualify and only present quality merchandise. I have not yet had to deal with customer service issues, but anticipate that this merchant will uphold their other high standards in that area, as well. Overall, this is a good site to check out many things from necessities to niceties to frivolous items just for fun!
