I've ordered from this company three times now, and all I can say is I wish all merchants, online and off, were like them. My first order was a 10" mattress. It arrived sooner than expected, was everything they said it would be, and I absolutely love it. The second order was a topper to take with me when I travel. I made the mistake of trying to sleep one night on a hotel bed and was in so much pain the next day I swore never to do it again. Healthy Foundations shipped my topper directly to the hotel. When the hotel claimed the topper had not arrived, Brian called them himself and checked to make sure it was there and then contacted me to let me know exactly what had happened. The topper arrived quickly and I was able to sleep in comfort the five nights I was in the hotel. I just ordered another topper for Christmas for my son, who has arthritis and has trouble sleeping. Although I was late with my order, Healthy Foundations made sure we got it by Christmas. My son now raves about how comfortable his bed is and is finally getting some sleep. I have never had a problem reaching someone at the company if I have a question. This company goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right; if it isn't, they fix it. The product is exactly what they say it is. There is no hype, no high pressure selling, just good information and excellent, excellent service. I tell EVERYONE how much I adore my mattress and also how much I love this company. I wish they sold cars and household appliances too!
