What you should know about Bowflex and the TreadClimber

Bowflex makes a quality machine. The TreadClimber I feel could be the next generation of cardio equipment if Bowflex changes the design of the resistance.

I know at my gym (The one at which I'm a member.) I could stay on a treadmill for 2 hours especially during non-peak hours and even during peak hours actually. There are so many machines and they aren't at all monitored. There are no signs saying 20 minute limit during such and such a time. But many gyms do enforce that and in NH it gets cold:) We just spent a week in Florida, NY. I thought of you though I don't know where you lived. I'll look for your treadmill review! jo

Hi Diana - nice to see you - lots has happened in a few years! The best and worst of epinions hit me for about 2 years. I'm still recovering! A break is often a good idea. jo

I will probably bu a treadmill once we get to New Hampshire. Here I've been walking about 5 miles every morning. Won't be able to do that when there's snow on the ground and I don't know about tying up a gym's machine for 2 hours....

Ditto and most people do better in gyms BUT if you live more than 10 minutes (or work) from your gym you are much less likely to go so the moral of the story is join a gym close to home or work:) Thanks for reading/r/c. jo

I've always been curious about the BowFlex line of home gyms... I always thought that I would probably go with those if I were to ever invest... But unfortunately I'm not goo d at working out at home.. That's why I joined a gym...

Great review.
