DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ACCSTATION!!!!
They are a ripoff!!!!
I ordered a case for my Zen V Plus. Imagine my surprise when I opened my package to see that instead of the case that I ordered, they had shipped me a plug-in adapter for European electrical outlets!!! What on earth would I use that for? Plus, it is not what I ordered!! So, I informed them via email about THEIR error, and they told me that I would have to ship the incorrect part back AT MY EXPENSE!!!!
It has now been over two weeks since I returned the incorrect part, and they have yet to send me the correct part or respond to my emails. Every time I ask them for information on when they will ship me the right part, I get a response asking for more information (ie, my name, invoice number,... even though it was in the email that I sent them!!).
I have a feeling that a lot of the positive comments on this (and other) web site are done by ACCSTATION people themselves!!!
The total cost for my order wasn't that much, thank God.
Save yourself from being ripped off by these people!!!!
