My husband and I were married in June 2001 and we took tons of pictures with our new digital camera. We wanted our friends and relatives to be able to look at the pictures and order prints online. I had been a user of Zing.com before they went out of business. They partnered with Ofoto.com so that people could switch their photos to Ofoto and not lose them. I signed up with Ofoto and I really like it!
We took over 100 pictures at a resolution of 1200x1600. We have all of them stored at Ofoto.com plus more than 100 that we took on our honeymoon. I really don't know what the storage limit is (if they even have one).
Another nice thing is that when I send out an email to invite someone to look at my pictures, they get a certain number of free prints and so do I. When I buy prints, the prices are very reasonable. I think 4x6 prints are $0.49 each. They do prints up to 20x30 in size. We got a 16x20 of a sunset picture that we took in Key West and it turned out great!!
The prints are always very well packaged so that they don't get bent in transit. The smaller ones are packaged in a regular photo envelope (with a reference print that has a "thumbnail" sized image of each print) and that envelope is then put in a heavy cardboard envelope. I've never had a problem with anything being shipped from Ofoto.
